HEDÖNIA CHAAC LIMITED EDITION
Le Rhöne unveiled at the SIAR (International Haute Horlogerie Salon) 2022 the Hedönia Chaac Limited Edition. This masterpiece is a reinterpretation of Chaac, the Mayan rain deity, benefactor of cultures. Crafted by virtuose Swiss artisans, the dial is adorned of a custom-made drawing on 14K Gold with black decal. Several features of Chaac are represented on this drawing such as reptile scales, the snake’s tongue present on his thunderbolt axe, feathers for his elaborated headdress, as well as diadems placed here in his eyes. The skull speaks for the celebration of life after death, strong belief of Mayan people. The green rubber strap, equipped with the new interchangeable system, adds a contemporary touch to the piece.
The Pink Gold unique version and the Titanium with black DLC version limited at 7 pieces are exclusively sold at Ultrajewels.
HEDÖNIA ANGEL LIMITED EDITION

In honor of Mexico City, the Angel of Independence is represented in a subtle artistic way on the Côtes de Genève dial, and the inner bezel is adorned of Mexico colors. Overlooking Mexico City, the national emblem El Ángel was built in 1910 to commemorate the centenary of the beginning of Mexico’s War of Independence and later became a mausoleum for the heroes of the war.

With a new interchangeable strap system, this Mexican emblematic three-hands timepiece adopts a green rubber or black leather strap. The Moön Skull is Le Rhöne iconic moonphase timepiece inspired by Alquimiamc emblematic skull. Founded by the Mexican artist and architect Marcos Cojab, Alquimiamc art fascinates by its avant-garde, using unique properties of innovative materials. Taking inspirations from the Mexican culture, the Alquimiamc Skull sculpture is designed with happy and humorous expressions, revealing a duality between fatality and happiness.
The Moön Skull Limited Edition has a black starry dial, on which a semi-transparent moonphase display reveals the Alquimiamc skull etched on the moon disc that progress around the dial’s surface, and in harmony with the sky. With its 41mm case in carbon, the Moön Skull imposes an avant-garde style that contrasts with the poetic moonphase caliber. With a new innovative system, the Moön Skull switches its elegant black leather strap to a bold green rubber one.

Loïc Florentin and Marcos Cojab, respectively founders of Alquimiamc and Le Rhöne, presented the Moön Skull Limited Edition at The Gallery in Mexico City, in June 2022. This collaboration started with a great friendship between them and above all the willingness to bring together two unique arts expressing a high level of craftsmanship. Know-how, innovation, bespoke design, authenticity and boldness can both define Le Rhöne watches and Alquimiamc art. “As a collector and mechanics enthusiast passionate about watchmaking, I wanted to transcribe my DNA into an original design in collaboration with a Swiss brand. Our creations are modern yet rooted in traditions and pushing the limits of creativity. That’s what I love about it.”, says Marcos Cojab.

This work of art showcases a 18K white gold 41mm case and is fully adorned with 888 invisible baguette diamonds, for infinite magic. 42 carats of the purest diamonds, with the collaboration of the master gem-setters based in Geneva, Art Setting.
